Sunday 17th May - International Day Against Homophobia

On today's program I was joined by Scott Davis from the Gay and Lesbian Liaison Officers at Victoria Police. Scott is a passionate advocate not only for our community but for local musicians as well. He has a sensational music collection and we had so much fun this week that we'll be doing it all again in a fortnight! This week we played songs of human rights, social justice and anti-discrimination.

We aired an interview between Scott Davis and Brett Parsons, of the Washington DC Police Department, head of their Gay and Lesbian Liaison Unit.

Music Log:
Worldfly - A Small Boat
Weddings Parties Anything - Lights of Devonport
The Guild League - Where's The Colour
Sally Dastey and the Sweet Sceptics - Saying Things Right

Seeing Gurrumul at the Palais next Saturday night.
PBS Radiothon - support independent media!
Dumplings for Luke's Birthday on Wednesday.

NEXT WEEK
Two Cent Sideshow.

Congrats on a show well done. I stumbled in during Caught In The Crowd, so I'm a little biased. Sgt Scott's doing great as a presenter :)
